| Please be aware of the following if you choose to select one of the properties for purchase:- |
1.Assistance in obtaining a code fiscale(equivalent of Irish PPS Number).This is required to open a bank account and can
be done immediately on attendance at the government office.
2.Assistance in opening a bank account .Minimum deposit is €500.00 (Bank charges pending on activity can vary from €70 to €110 per year)
3.Impegnativa d'acquisto (booking deposit) usually about €3000.00 which is paid directly to the Estate Agents.This is usually refundable as it does not normally bind either parties.
4.Compromesso (deposit 30%) of the sale price .Please be aware that this is non refundable.
5.Atto notarile (attend a solicitors office) for payment of balance and final signing of property deeds.
6 Please note that Estate Agents also charge between 3% and 4% of purchase price plus iva(vat) at 20% of the agents fee.
