Prices for the maintenance contracts
will be advised and agreed between cassoniproperty.com and the client based on the size of the property {minimum contract for maintenance will be 6 months} paid in advance.

If you require assistance in furnishing your new home we can organise an english speaking personal shopping assistant who will accompany you to the many local stores including D.I.Y. shops making sure you get value for your euro. Usual cost for this service will be €50 per day.

Laundry and ironing service door to door {additional costs will be incurred for this service.

If you requireHunt Security {an irish company} will provide an alarm system for your property.
